Every week you answer a short private report. Your match never sees it.
It takes five minutes and it does three things: it gives you a place to be honest, it lets us see patterns before they become damage, and it triggers real help — a coach, a pause, or a call from the Founder — when something is wrong.
We classify each week Green, Yellow, Orange or Red. Green keeps moving. Yellow gets guidance. Orange gets a coaching call. Red pauses the connection while a person, not a system, looks at it.
Tell the truth in these reports even when it is unflattering. Especially then.
