Before any introduction we verify government identity, confirm the name and country on the document match the profile, and complete a live interview. Documents with mismatched names, wrong countries or expired dates do not pass.

Messaging is inside the platform. Phone numbers, emails and links to outside apps are blocked automatically — not to control you, but because fraud needs privacy to work.

Conversations that raise money, visas or pressure are flagged to our safety team for a human look.

Your part: never send money. Never move off-platform early. Never accept "let us keep this secret from the team." Report once, immediately, and let us do the uncomfortable part.
